Based in rural Exmoor, Somerset, Bespoke Summerhouses offer a developing range of individually handcrafted summerhouses based on eight core designs, built specifically to order. Using natural building materials and traditional joinery methods, these summerhouses are created with skill and care.
Summerhouses can be constructed from a variety of hardwoods to give a natural look or clear treated softwood allowing them to be finished in a wider variety of coloured stain. Summerhouses can also be hand painted to suit personal tastes and requirements.
We offer a wide range of roofing & glazing options, ironmongery, benches and interior storage. Lighting and electrical sockets can also be installed.
Each summerhouse is an individual project, allowing the customer to request particular design features, subject to structural integrity being maintained. Each enquiry is priced individually, the overall cost being dependant on special requirements, the specific materials used (hardwoods or softwoods for example), and on the location within the UK. Prices range from £5,000 to £10,000; the 'Selworthy' and 'Lyn' being at the lower end of the range, the 'Bray' and 'Yeo' at the higher end.
