The Selworthy Summerhouse
A truly rustic building constructed with home grown softwood treated with water based preservative, which can be stained to customer preference.
The floor is raised and supported by joists laid across 4”x4” stub posts set, and encased, in steel receivers concreted into the ground.
The main timbers up to roof eaves height are varying diameters of machine rounded timber; the roof plate and rafters are of sawn square edge timber. The centre support pole is optional.
